What makes a MFR a MFR?

Yes - I know the reg is sound as it was the one I was using with the standard barrel.    Its being packaged up this week and off to Kev to have a play with.  The Raw quickfill is the worst one I have had.....the others I got directly from Raw, but this one came from Airgun Nation - I assume set up for FAC.  The transfer port is alittle wider than normal to allow for more air.

As you say, the valve spring, or even the valve.   I know Kev will sort it, so happy days

will do my best.the trick for setting regs is to make sure its set at enough pressure to be able to go around 20 to 30 fps more than you need.then back of on the hammer spring pre load

Read this with interest as my "MFR" .20cal has a MK11 un-scalloped block with the left side cut out & sporter trigger, shrouded barrel, MFR stock, bottle & reg.

the first early mfr s had the scalloped block and series 3 trigger with straight blade

How long are the barrels ,mine is 12 " sitting inside a bucketboy shroud,its actually about 2 " shorter than the 280 cc cylinder

14" barrel in a 19.7" shroud going by mine

That sure is the first version of the MFR....
Other than having the MFR Stamping....
That 3rd hole on the Receiver.... it is for the detent on the Safety lever on the Mark 3 trigger.....

some of the last were just scalloped Rapid blocks, no MFR markings so i'm told 🤔

I bought one in 2003 .22 and it's never been apart, so still factory fresh. Just the O ring inside the reg where the bottle screws off, is all that's been changed.

I just opicked one of these up, mint a.t. still in intact
