If air usage a problem....
You can go the route of Swift over on this side of the pond..

Here is his shorty .20 extended receiver with Twin Bottles!!
He used this in Hunter Field Target Competitions.
Extremely Accurate and quiet with one of Custom Shrouds!

I agree re the cylinders matching and that is totally a bonkers set up - but love it.

It just goes to show how far you can go with the block.
What a nice unique set up indeed.

The cylinders just need to be the same Model/size... No Extreme Matching needed....
The Twin Bottles screwed into a manifold. Here their pressures are equalized.
Then the manifold is mounted on the Regulator/bottle adapter.

Well at the mo the reg is 110bar with hammer giving low 11's - haven't done a shot count yet but you can hear the "air hunger"  8).  I was going to try a ssg, however the DTI has got me intrigued - maybe I should send the block up to you for sorting.    :D.    The raw quickfill reg is also playing up - not settling very quick at all, think it's to do with the float and core......maybe two birds with one stone.   8)

Aggy

Just a thought can the v quick fill and gauge be fitted directly to the block without effecting air volume after the reg , where does it go ?

I would give it a full shot count first.i would fill to 220 bar and try..could short core reg and fit DTI

Thanks Kev - 220?  Won't it have trouble getting the valve open?    I'm running a mfr reg at the mo as the raw qf is that bad....just waiting for small o rings to turn up before trying with it again  8)

Will do a shot string with the mfr reg.....

Tim_B

Shot string done.....consistency ok-ish....shot count....pants......pm incoming Kev.  8)

Daztilley

What were the results of the shot string??

Consistency was around 15fps so not bad.  Start pressure was 200bar, finished at 100 bar for 50 shots.    :-X   Something not set up right.

Daztilley

Yep you should be getting a lot more than that , especially as it's regulated. Could be down to a weak valve spring allowing the valve dwell time to be excessive. That would use too much air per shot and give such a low shot count.
