Hiya,

Can anyone tell me the various sizes of the Allen's in the rapid off hand by any chance?

It's not entirely straight forward as they were a a bit mix & match from new, some are imperial some are metric, and then if someone has changed a bolt the hex size may be different, I've got 3 different stock bolt hex key sizes 

Have you checked the download section to see if there's a list ?
I don't have a mk1 so my sizes might not be your sizes.
