Rapid leak

Hi guys,just started using my MK 1 rapid again after being laid up for a couple of years and found it leaks between the bottle and inlet bottle valve, I've now fitted a new inlet valve and tried various' O ' rings the latest being the white ones from best fittings. I'm a 18st FB and no weakling but I can't tighten the bottle anymore 🤷�♂️ what's going on ? ( bottle not leaking when off the gun )

I found those white seals were frankly crap, just use the correct BS111.
The other issue may be the bottle valve itself not matching to the pip in the adapter, as rapids used several different valves.

Thanks ab, I read that the white o rings were the best 🫣 I've now tried o rings from seals r us and best fittings also two inlet valves, just can't understand it 🤔

Is there any adjustment of the pin in the intake valve  ?

So if you have a leak on the neck seal of your bottle,,,,,
Check the bottle adapter..
Make sure the sealing surfaces are clean, with no dried lube!
Also check to see there are no dings....

Side note... the only bottle valves I would trust is Theobens or Dr Bobs..
The is no adjustments need on these valves... Once screwed into the the adapter
The O-ring creates the seal...Btw it help to have a smear of Molykote33 to help make the seal!
