Thread lock causes damage

Help needed please.
Working on a M2 2005 FAC .22 Rapid.
Task. To reset probe to barrel after barrel removed. I want to remove the bolt assembly easy! Should be but is a nightmare in this case.

A previous owner must have shares in a thread lock company.
The locking grub screw in the bolt, has its keyway damaged, but I got it out.
Inside the bolt the adjusting screw again key grip damaged again got it out.
The bolt lock screw glued in, but Ive got it out.
The side plate large screw refused to move, likewise the smaller.

By the time I have removed these already damaged parts, they will need replacing.
Both side plate screws.
Bolt locking screw.
Does anyone have the dimensions and order details for these items.
Any help will be appreciated.

Not all screws need locking!
A tip when liquid locking is used! Easy breakout is being mis understood. Locker should never be applied to the tip of screws. That drives locker all along the thread.
Instead apply the lock liquid to the LAST thread that enters the body of item. This will give all the lock needed, it will also allow a heat source  to work if needed. Break out will also be much easier, and prevent damage to the screw head key ways.

I don't don't know the specs for the MKI....
KevG should know and have a few in his Rabid Foxes mouth!!!

As for Loctite... the Wrong Grade was Used!!!
Always use the Blue Loctite.. Lowest strength...
It will keep small screws in place, but you and easily remove... NO Heat needed...
Also an Old school method.... Steal a bottle of nail polish from you loved one stash...
Does the job too!

If your plate has 2 screw securing it.. Your MKI is a newer style..

So these screw are Metric...
small: M3x8
large: M4x6

I use Loctite 222, ..the purple one for aluminum and brass

the side plate bolts are m4 and m3,on early m2 rapids the larger bolt of the two was 2ba

normal and most common is m3 grubscrew.but some had 4ba,if the key that fitted it was 1.5 mm or 1/16th it will be m3
