Raw v-quickfill reg

Just serviced my reg and quickfill and now it's creeping like mad!!!

The seal face looks good(enough) and all orings are new including the one under the pin disc? It has been modded a bit and now dosent have/need the oring on the piston adjustment collar,piston end float is set around .35/.40 everything else looks good any ideas?

think I've sorted it kev👍 double checked and double cleaned it all again,the seal face wasn't as good as I thought it was I had to use my phone camera to look close enough to see🥸my eyes ain't what they was😂 gave it a spin with a bit of 1500 till it was smooth it's held 1500 psi all day without a sniff of creep
