Is it possible to get as good a shot count without a reg .?
And if not why

Squinty

you can improve the shot count by balancing valve/hammer/porting but the clinchers will be wasted air at the ends of the power curve.
And fill pressure; - fast flow ideally around 185-190bar v regulated 210 bar+

you will never match a reg at sub 12ftlbs as you can fill to a higher fill pressure.more or less double shot count.

Well i have a reg on my mrk 1 and i`ve never looked back tbh, best thing that`s ever happened to a mrk I in my opinion, kevG mini reg is great and i`ve not had mine serviced by him for good god who knows and it`s still running fine to this date.

Saying that Kevster,....i must be due for a service with you soon maybe summer time and maybe meet your good friend kev too that would be interesting.

Anyway have a great day!
