What is actually involved in tuning a rapid ,what is done and how does this make the rifle better please?

KevG

it's a very open ended question, basically it's about getting the gun to shoot at it's best, but it realy depends what the individual wants, what suits one may not suit the other.also depends how the gun is in its original state,an unmessed with standard rapid is already good in its own right but a messed about with rapid can be a dog and can be improved massively.

Hi Kev ,it's all original and just had a service and it shoots well etc but if it can be Improved on then I'm interested .
I'm not looking for a regulator just a tune .
Could you please email me with price etc please ?
I see you are in Yorkshire so I could pop it round

KevG

basically tuning should be part of the service when it's put back together, as long as it got correct ported valve and standard springs it should be fine plus a decent power curve.say 180 bar fill you should be around 11ftlbs,going up to around 11.7 ftlbs on the sweet spot which should be around 130 140 bar.
