Bolt plate bottom screw.

Can anyone please give me the dimensions of this screw please so I can try and buy one or has anyone got one going spare please.

My local super hardware shop has got the M4 countersunk hex drive, but only in stainless, & the shortest he does is 12mm so will need cutting down
He also has the M3 for the top screw again stainless only, & needs cutting to length.
The princely sum of 20p-ea for the M4, 12p-ea for the M3.

I'll be going that way on Thursday if you want some, it's the other side of Exeter about 10 miles away.

the first double bolt plates were 4ba thread in the block but later changed to m4
