That old manual is still out there!!
Also did it have those extra Air Flow holes drill into it too??

I just found this "tuning mod" in a download file I have copyright "Dazy_1998"

I think Dazy_1996 is the guy's name, I've got a few downloads with that name on the bottom of each page, all dated 2006
This one,
another on stripping & setting the reg,
&
an alpabetic list of pellets by cal with the FPS for 11.5-11.75-12-30 ftlbs, then by weight from 5.1gn to 30gn giving "max fps"(?) & ideal fps for 11.5ftlb 

Someone put a lot of work in to the last one.

sam Bolton took the pictures  it was at his house when hr lived at Shaw near Manchester.that reg was of one of the first ever mk2 rapids with anschutz trigger.the reg tester(adapter) was the first one ever made and just made from brass as was a dummy run job.

Sometime after this is was posted, is when Dr Bob and I got kick off the BBS..
Dr Bob purposed a run of reg testers in Stainless...
Dr Bob got kicked for selling goods on the BBS
I got kick for supporting him and telling the Admins were a Bunch of Hypocrites...
