Full on street food

Who`s even thought about trying street food just like this,

I've eaten Bhel Puri in Goa for 10 pence and been so full I missed my evening meal and batata vada with pakora cooked at the roadside by a guy with a mobile stall. He had a ten litre water bottle to rinse his fingers and served the food on a piece of newspaper. Never had a bad stomach once in 14 years/trips.
Then I had sardines in a Portuguese restaurant in the Algarve and caught hepatitis! Figure that out.
