home made burgers

Yummy just made my very own home made burgers,..

ingredients

mince meat,
1 egg,
flour,
pepper,
touch of salt,

Put the mince meat in a bowl and add the egg then get your hands in and munch it all together then add the pepper and salt  start to munch it together again with your hands until sticky,..Then add the flour to bring it all together and shape into burgers place in a hot pan without any oil and cook away,

Chop up an onion cut some cheese with tomato sauce place on your bun and eat,

Great yummy burgers had two now and loved them both.

That sounds good. Do the same for meat balls but add chopped garlic, fry them until firm to the touch and bouncy, then add a small jar or brick of passata and some dried oregano. Serve with pasta.
