Good god where do i start,.....All my hobbie`s that i have or had are in the attic now waiting until i can get back into them,

:)

As my wife says "all the bloody expensive hobbies" 🤣🤣 Do quite a bit of pheasant shooting, got 3 shotguns. Then fishing, mainly for carp. Really do need to win the euro millions! 🤔

I have a few other hobbies, metal detecting which I love, it's a great way to spend time with my dad. 3D archery, which is a bit like hft but with bows, I shoot compound bows. Fishing, all forms but mainly I'm a fly fisher, such a nicer way to fish and puts you in more direct contact with the fish as you're holding the line and can feel it's every lunge and surge. Golf was a main passion of mine and I was a scratch golfer but bad knees have put paid to that for now. Love mountain bikes too!

You know what Drake,

I was just thinking of buying a new mountain bike,...but electric, as i`m now 52 and getting on a bit,.,....But saying that i like riding down or up the canal and i was thinking maybe just maybe it would be good to go electric and start to take it easy for once in my life!

:)

I'll buck the trend by saying I don't have another right now.  Used to heavily be into gaming and I recently sold my boat.  I'm thinking of building a PC, just for something to do indoors.   I also recently got my shed organised, so will be hopefully in there more "pottering"   :P

Nice car there KevG.
I like fishing, mainly lures over the winter for perch and pike. I've a boat I use but this coronavirus has had it laid up for the last year. Summer evenings I like to get out on my bike, then finish off with a Costa while I cook down.

The electric bikes look good, give you a bit of a boost when you need it. I have a mate with one and he's into the proper off road trails and loves it. Maybe an option I should consider myself!

After glass collecting I would say metal detecting also.
Here is part of my collection of metal detectors,

Here is a few of the things I have found over the years.
The large bronze armlet dates to 1150bc and is Greek from the Mycenaean period.
The ring is gold and roman.
The large gold coin is a Celtic full flan stator.
The other coins are silver/bronze mix of roman and English hammered coins.

Wow, some great finds there Kev. Brother in law has the remains of a roman villa in one of his fields. Been detected to death apparently though over the years.

KCE

Hi Budder.
That sounds like Lincolnshire to me.
There is a lot of roman in that area where I have detected over the years.
All around the trent is also good as they plant a lot of potato so each crop rotation they go deep and the soil is very sandy.
This mo in time the sites I go to im looking for Saxon and Viking artifacts.
