What a thread to wake up to this morning, I`ve been rolling over laughing at all that,
Today when i`m out and about i`ll get hold of some cat food and when i get home about 5pm its rat shoot again, P:s i got 8 rats last night all head shots and very clean kills.

Thanks guys that was a good read for the morning and now i have to go to work again, Plus its raining UUrrrrrrRR.

Well Stuart i don`t know about being a Dirty Harry,  But i did take your advice and went out and got some cat food,  also sausages YUM.
So i`m not going to start ratting tonight until it gets dark, So i think about 10:30pm,  But tonight i`m staying up till 1:30am to try make a big dint in the amount of rats in my garden coming from the fields and next door.

If any of you other members wish comment on the best way to make a big dint in all these rats i keep getting it would be much appreciated.

That is the reason why I got my my ATN Thor 4.
I haven't got a chance to mount it on my Ul_Ti_Mate Rapid yet...

BTW in California... We are Not allowed to night vision for any type of hunting...
Only pest/rodent elimination on private property!!

Well last night was a total disaster, NOT ONE RAT , I had everything in it place & not one rat came out to look what was going on,
I give up around 1am, So what went wrong god only knows,
So i was thinking about this, Maybe just maybe i should start leaving food out at night in the spot i intend to cull them, and get them used to that area as food instead of my bins.

Also, I was thinking of putting the odd rat trap under the sheds and in places where the dogs can`t get, Maybe that would help cull them too.
I dont want to use any poisons to do the culling because of people around here owning cats, and other pets that roam around the area, So if any culling is going to happen it must be via,.... 1, Airgun  2, Trap.
