1 Dog Fox

Last night saw 2-3 Foxes..
Could have got 2...but only 1 a Large healthy taken @ 29 yds!
First one was in the field just as got to the farm ..spotted him with thermal @250+ yds.
Off goes your truly to lessen the distance and get into a safe shooting position..in the comfort of my 4x4 and he trotted of to about 75 odd yds and then laid down to hide between the deep track channels..with just his head showing,I waited for it to stand up it did but ran off at speed they are getting a bit wary!
This one second Dog was relatively easy to cull and even tried to get near my truck..he must have been used to vehicles and people i guess.
Slowly manoeuvred the truck away to position him in a safe shooting spot and the deed was done.
Saw another a fair distance away..but that's going to wait another day.
