I'm looking for M6 x 10mm or 12mm short bolts for 30"–40" TVs, specifically to attach a wall-mount bracket to the TV. I'm finding it almost impossible to find or buy the correct ones. I ordered some from eBay around two weeks ago, but they still haven't arrived.

Check the add  ;)  a lot of cheap bolts come direct from China & can take a while,
if overdue the delivery date contact the seller they're probably lost in transit.

I've just had a look in my shed for some to send to you, but no joy.

I put "M6 x 12 bolt" in to ebay & got 3400 results, all down to the head type you want
even B&Q have M6 x 12 roofing bolts on their web site https://www.diy.com/departments/forgefix-25rbn612-roofing-bolt-zp-m6-x-12mm-bag-25-forrbn612m/5028485520498_BQ.prd

Thanks, AngryBear!

I think if and when I can find some time to get down to B&Q, the GF and I might have a ride down there. It's just a matter of finding the time at the moment, as I'm so busy working and coding.

In fact, tonight I've got a job doing some coding for someone to correct the front panel on a server they're running. I think he's actually going to join this site soon so he can work with me on his front panel.

I'll be coding to build a virtual software dashboard, which should be fun!

But thanks for the information!

You must have a Screwfix store near you.

These M6x10, https://www.screwfix.com/p/easyfix-bzp-steel-set-screws-m6-x-10mm-100-pack/8129h

Or these M6x12 Button head screws if you have a set of hex keys (Allen Keys). https://www.screwfix.com/p/easyfix-button-head-socket-screws-a2-stainless-steel-m6-x-12mm-50-pack/1361t

Only downside is the quantities, they come in, but for the price it should get you out of a muddle.

Cheers Mick,

The TV is now up on the wall in the summer house. The second link was the one I needed — the Allen key version!
