2 foxes

Last night as rain was predicted..I thought I may as well just go and test my newly fitted waterproof cover on my sun roof mounted remote controlled tilt & turn 360* Thermal spotter!
Well it wasn't too wet at first and saw a fox in the 1st field just as I pulled into my permission....it was gingerly stalked by my 4x4 but disappeared as it wasn't in a safe shooing spot.
.Waited 15 mins in same spot whilst scanning saw another fox may be the same around 100 yards further to my right.
Got it in a safe spot and was downed @ 90 odd yards a nice vixen.
On to field 2 the heavens opened up and nothing for a couple of hours..but saw at least 10 hedgehogs + little owls+ voles/rats/mice going about their business..nice to see nature.
Large dog fox appeared in my favourite ambush point and that was taken..it ran about 10 yards before expiring....oh the waterproof cover worked superb!
