I hate to compare this to another forum but one of the good features that the AGF used to have a great thread called artisans where members listed the services they offered to other members.

It would be nice to know who offers which services to other Rapid owners so is there any chance of something like this on here?
(I have plans for the future and Id like to know who I can contact as Im sure other might also)

Hi Scott.
As to your question we are still a new forum which has gone from a talk between two friends to where we are today with the forum in under 3 weeks.
The Admin/mods are still developing the forum in the back ground as we speak each day which involves a lot of hard work and coding to keep the forum growing.
We have got KevG/Dr Bob/Stuart/Martin444 who we call the lathe guys that as you know have made all parts for the rapid over the years.
For all aspects of Stock work We have onboard Richard from custom stocks and Stevie B between them they can cover all your stock work needs.
We have a good data base on here with very clear info and images regarding all other rapid related advice form a simple service to new parts.
Please keep in mind we are still in the early stages of development of the forum.
you will also notice we have our own dedicated YouTube channel with some very nice videos on there which we are still working on.
If you also click on the home page we now have a news section to let members know how the forum has developed and what to look forward to in the next month.
Hope this info is of some use to you.

Thanks Kev,

Im sorry mate I didn't mean any slight on the forum at all,, (but 3 weeks eh.. thats bloody impressive well done!)

It was more along the lines like I know for example that KevG does regulators, but I don't know if he does any other tuning work or if I would need to send my rifle around a few guys to have work done.
In the medium term I'd like my MFR to be quieter and far more efficient and Id also like a new shroud that will also be ultra quiet.

I cant be alone not knowing who does what, and no doubt there will be other new people to Rapids like me who might benefit from this information in the future.
My post was meant to be read as a can we consider a thread like this in the future for those who don't know.
Im embarrassed and Im truly sorry that it didn't come over that way.

Best Regards
Scott

I make a fair few things but as a rule I dont like to push my stuff on forums.i do different types of valves and stems plus a few types of regs for the rapids.ie short core regs.flat regs which I was the first to do they are also called the nano reg by those that copied them.also do a dedicated plug and play regulator for the old mk1 rapid(no need to port and butcher the original action ports).do through flow valve stand ofs for the longer actions.a double tap inertia weight.do a fair few other things to.
