barrel port / location dinple measurements

hi, written it down somewhere but having a brain fart..
how far in should the port centre be drilled?

I personally take this measurement from the Receiver...
Just to be accurate....

I do them 5.4 mm from centre of dimple to shoulder of barrel,excluding magazine blip.same goes for porting.gets them bang on.

some blocks from different production runs can differ ever so slightly.for example depending on block if you fully tighten location screw it can shove the barrel to far back or 2 far forward by fractions.also the block location hole is dead in line the the block port,it as to be as it's continuous bored through.

My TTR2 is currently spread across the bench.
That alignment is going to be one of the first things I am going to check when putting it back together.
