Huma regulator issues

Hey guys

Say I have done a ton of testing with my external regulator and I am ready to put the regulator back into the the rifle.  I have the regulator built and not missing any parts, but when I put the regulator on the tester and go to set things..... the regulator doesn't seem to be doing anything.  I have adjusted the regulator both ways only to see no change on the tester.  I am taking a break from it before I loose my mind and to avoid upsetting the wife with the noise.

Everything is clean and looks like it should, I am using a diagram from Huma to build the regulator, but nothing seems to be doing anything.  What am I missing or doing wrong?

I run Huma Reg's on a Rapid and my FX M3..
No problems, even at High cutoff Pressures.
What is the problem you are having??
Not Regulating... Reg Creep....

Im not getting the regulator to work... like at all.

When I connect the regulator to the tester I am only seeing the bottle pressure.  I have adjusted the brass plunger both in and out and am not seeing a change.  I have the washers set up the way that Huma has in their manual.  Took everything down and cleaned up and assembled again.

My only thought would be the retainer part that threads in is to tight and not allowing the washers to work correctly.

I have installed a new stack of washers for the regulator.  I am using the high power kit that will allow the reg to go to 200 bar.

Have tried a New Delrin sealing disk??
Also on initial Setup, with the reg in the Bottle adapter
Screw in the adjustment screw until it JUST touches the Piston and delrin disk??
This should give you 0 psi... and backoff the adjustment screw a turn and check if this gives you a reg pressure!

What pressure are you seeing on the tester?
Forgive me if you already know, but some regulators don't vary once pressurised, they only adjust when the pre chamber pressure falls.
Maybe you need to burp the tester to allow the core to move against the washers?
