Doesn't seem to be many Anschutz versions considering what comes up for sale and the mentions on forums.
I got a .177 Annie in good condition a few years ago. Great trigger, very accurate and not at all pellet fussy. Do these have Anschutz barrels or is it just the trigger and safety assembly?

Well, Big Al's Anschutz trigger arrived with me yesterday and the reason it broke the catch link is clear.
The previous owner had a new top sear fitted, but didn't correctly size the sear. The Rapid hammer has a groove lathed into it for the sear to engage, so, the sear needs to be 5mm to fit into the groove. The top sear that's been fitted to Al's trigger is a standard generic part that needs to be cut to size. This one won't fit into the hammer groove, so, when tightening the mounting screw, it'll snap one of the linkages. I'll bet the previous owner was well pissed off after fitting the new sear, only to cock it up and break the catch link too. From the photos, you can see the size the top sear needs to be, and a broken catch link, which incidentally, costs at least £45.00 depending on how nice your RFD is to you. I've highlighted the area that needs to be cut away in red.

Top man Paul.
The rest of the gun up pals to be matted up. So 2 blocks/barrels, trigger guard,
3 silencers get done,
He got normal place he uses and a quote coming from factory 5m off that does ripleys actions,
We no the standard on that being  done, Al

Al's Anschutz trigger is now fully repaired with a new catch link and the top sear cut to the correct size. Fully tested in my Anschutz Rapid and it's working perfectly. The photo of the two sears shows the over sized one, fitted by the previous owner, or his alleged gunsmith, with an old one I keep for reference, you can clearly see the difference. Ten minutes in the shed with a Dremmel and fine cutting disc cured that issue. Not easy on a hot day.
Usually, after fitting a new catch link, you find an issue where you cock the action, engage the safety, and if you test pull the trigger, the link moves slightly. Then, as soon as you knock the safety off, it fires. Obviously, this isn't safe. Al's trigger had this problem. To fix it, I always remove the safety lever, heat it to red hot with a blow lamp, then bend the tab up by around half a millimetre and refit it. All done with a bit of faffing and fine adjustment.
