Hi kev, about 3 plus years ago you serviced and sorted the silver valve thingy which screws into the block as I brought rifle down to you and all was well. Anyhow like a dick 18 months ago put rifle away with full bottle went to use today not much air so filled bottle screw in and much hissing. On investigation of silver valve thingy which screws into block which bottle screws into air coming from one of two holes. Air coming from small hole close to block and not bottle.
Remember you saying any future probs unscrew valve and send to you.
Any how's would you please be able to fix and will I need to bring rifle down to you. Lost your contact details sorry to say. Thanks once more.

That small hole next to the block is the pressure equalization/bleed hole.
So if you have air leaking from here.... It probably needs a rebuild/re-seal Job
I am sure KevG can get you up and running..
Just be patient... KevG has been busy with a lot of sick Rapids..
He should reply soon....

Good Luck with that sick MFR...

Actually a quick easy DIY fix, download the O-ring pdf, the bottom left pic is the reg core,
you need to replace the 2 o rings BS803/805.
Before you remove the reg core from the bottle adaptor mark a line across the spacer o ring 109 then turn the knurled ring immediately above it to unscrew the core, counting the number of turns, replace the 2 rings with a light smear of silicon o ring grease, screw the core back in the same No of turns & that should be it.
Do not touch the nut on top as that sets the reg pressure.
