Just for the Curious....
This what a Tactical Bolt Handle with the rotating sleeve looks like....
The only difference here.. I had to make a brass insert.
To adapt the inner inner stem to 5/16" x 28 threads

Actually this one is my Ver.2 of my bolt handle!
It is actually a 3 piece design.
It made up of the Teardrop handle Threaded stem and a rotating sleeve.
This gives it a silky smooth lock-up...
Even with a tight lock-up setting!!

I have done a few for Friends...
But sending it over the Pond would be Cost prohibitive....
I think you could convince KevG and His Fox to do one for You!!
Or anyone with a Lathe!
