I'm looking to source a new mk4 trigger system for my rifle can anyone help.

angrybear

Dr Bob,
showing out of stock at the moment but give him a call to reserve one.

Squinty

A while back Bob announced that he wasn't selling his remaining Mk4s as they were being saved for upcoming Vendetta builds.

Maybe chase up Impact?

Dr Bob

I might be able to find a spare for a forum member ;) Did you reserve one on my website??

hi Bob since I spoke to you this morning regarding mk4 trigger Housing, you said to look on John knibbs International. I went straight on his website  I typed in the number you gave me plus bin code,,nothing came up I tried several times just incase I typed it in wrong.I went through everything but was unsuccessful.ive attached a picture of my block for you to look at so you can tell me if it's the mk1 or mk2.  Thanks John Smith

Thats a late mk4 trigger.  Serial number 24000+?
The difference between earlier and later triggers is the shape of the safety catch.

Mk1 or Mk2?  Just says RAPID on the other side?
Simple answer is they are the same.....fast-flow = mk1 regulated = mk2
theoben used a Gamo trigger on mk1's with the mk4 being optional extra....then later on they used the same block and trigger for both

Hi mate thanks for putting me wright about my trigger system I take it with being late mk4 trigger. The only way to tell difference is the shape of safety catch. On the other side it does say RAPID!! So fast flow = mk1 regulated = mk2. Mines is regulated so I take its a mk2 model. So I'll need to speak to Bob again and ask him to reserve one of his mk4 triggers for me and I also need a few other things from him. Thanks again for taking time to help me.

Hi Stuart the problem I'm having with my mk4 trigger assembly is the safety catch it was working perfectly. Then the next minute it stopped working altogether don't know why this happened I don't know how to fix this. The only diagram I have of mk4 trigger system is how to adjust it is there a diagram available to fix it I can source from thanks john

Ca_Varminter

So what is the problem??
Is not engaging at all??

From the above diagram...
The Sear strut is the lever-arm above the Trigger arm.
You see the Safety has a hook...
The Sear strut has a pin on it's side, where the Safety will hook to..

The Trigger not being adjusted correctly.
Is most common reason for the safety not functioning..
See this post on how to setup correctly..

Or is it another Problem??
Let me Know!!
