Ello mate I'm trying to contact KevG to help me repair a theoben rapid 7 buddy bottle, and would bring it down to you in Doncaster to have to repaired as I've heard you're the best at doing this. Is this something we can do, and if so,how would we go about it (address, costs, etc. ?)

Thanks,

-Paul Tunnah

Easy enough to fit a new valve assembly yourself. A lot leak through the valve itself, which isn't a problem when on a gun. If its not fitted put a bottle cap on it.
Best fittings do a replacement valve if you need  one 👍

Unfortunately my issue is the bottle itself is not leaking so I'm fairly certain it's not a valve issue, the leak happens only when attached to the gun which leads me to believe it's this, attached to a different gun, it doesn't leak.

Thanks for your suggestion though mate, appreciate the help.

Is it possible to get Kev G's phone number so I can give him a ring and get in touch with him personally ? Not really a website person and I think it'd be easier if I could talk to him. Is that something that can happen here, is he OK with his number/details being given out ? Or do I wait on him to personally contact me ?

Again, thanks for help

Well You answered your own question about your Bottle Valve....
If it doesn't leak on a different gun, it is not the Bottle or the Valve itself...
You need to isolate where the leak is coming from on your Rapid....
Or maybe a full service and check/change all the O-rings...
KevG should be by soon
