Hi Kev. How about a list of modifications that you can do to a MK1 Rapid. It would be helpful to know, as at present I see posts about hammers, pips, regulators, trigger mods, valves, transfer ports etc. In what order would you recommend having them done. You have already fitted a regulator to one of mine, and I still can`t believe the improvement in shot count. ATB Ken.

Come on lads, what have you had done. Md

I have had a KevG silent pip and a KevG pre chamber fitted to my mk1.
I have also had a reflex mod made and fitted to my 19inch barrel.
Had some custom work done on my stock and fitted some nice carbon tube to my barrel.

Regards kev.

Sounds good, what's the pre chamber for and is it worth it. Md

Pre Chambers are used to provide a reservoir of air next to the valve for fac use. Not required at sub 12 levels but can be used to allow lower reg set pressures at sub 12.

I've got one of kevs double tap inertia setups in my mk1 elan and it does a great job of eliminating hammer bounce . In turn that makes the gun more consistent and increases the shot count available.

Great idea and expertly made - 1 of the best things to fit to a rapid 👍

Haven't weighed em mate but does feel lighter on the gun....... but the 500cc are quite long - might be better with a 300cc carbon - swp on carbon is 300bar think most regs are good up to 250 bar

mfr type regulator dedicated to fit the old mk1 action.double tap inertia better valve and stem plus silent hammer pip.trigger smoothed out by fitting a delrin roller which works just as good as a bearing mod.nice if finished of with a 200cc bottle.makes it feel much more refined.did a .177 with these specs and it could hold its own against a tm1000.just needed a decent stock to compliment it.
