From the pic it looks like a Theoben Evolution the stock looks like a custom stock.

The HE stands for High  Efficiency.
That rifle has a gas ram system not a spring which a lot of Theobens had in the past.
It still looks like an evo to me but will keep on checking for you.

I'm pretty sure it's a Theoben Grand Prix. A Scirocco in a thumbhole stock
