Hope you had a decent morning, it was dry here most of the day.

Tell me about it tho, my perm is waterlogged looks dry-ish when it's not raining but put a foot on the field and you pick up a pound of mud.
I was doing a bit of fishing on the river hoping for a winter Barbel- days only so highly unlikely considering most of the whisker chasers don't turn up until a hour before dark.
Water levels were high in November and December. January was no better wet and raw cold and so far this month the lock monitoring has been continuously in the red; 'above normal for the time of year' Or as of today my section......'above flood alert level'.

Post pictures Paul with you and your Rapid be great to see you out with it plinking,...Is it a Mrk 1 because if it is i remember buying my Rapid Mrk 1 so many years ago to celebrate becoming a chargehand of this factory back then and it was the best thing i ever bought for myself that is!

Personally i think the rapid is the best airgun you can ever buy ever!...But that`s my call on it!

Had a great morning got it zeroed at 35yds and hitting resetters at 60yds , was at the club about 9.00am stayed till 11.30am thankfully the rain held of till later in the day , it's the second Rapid i've had i regretfully sold the first one but had the urge a while ago for another .

WoW is that a mrk 1 Paul because if it is you`ve well looked after it M8.....

What`s the quick fill on it always wondered having one fitted myself tbh but never been sure if or not to do it.

I recently bought it it's a Mk1 with a carbon bottle and a best fittings quick fill on it the stock was modded with a cheek riser its right handed so i turned it around as i'm a lefty it came with a Hawke 3'9 x 50 scope so changed it to a MTC which i prefer , i may look for a left handed stock at sometime but so far i'm happy to have a Rapid again ,

Maybe try looking for a ambidextrous stock maybe that would be better or even better  than that on this forum tell Custom Stock`s your on here and you`ll get a reduced price on that stock they make.
