Rico RH50 WiFi issue

In the last few months I've experienced lots of lag and often signal issues whilst watching the screen on my iPhone.
I usually have a roof mounted turn & tilt remote control unit mounted with Rh 50 that i connect to my iPhone in my shooting truck.
I've been having this issue for a while..just wondering what's causing it..I must admit seems more prevalent in the colder months!
