I have seen these valves on the bay.  Is the statement below true:

Theoben Rapid compatible, Valve and Stem for 12ft/lb or FAC rifles

Beware of cheaper imitation home made valves listed

fitted with an up rated firing pin with two seals which give a lot better seal and  more consistent shot

fits all models of rapid and complete with all o rings

It says oxo on some bus adverts but it does not mean the bus sell them.
Some adds on ebay may be true some may be misleading in order to gain a sale.
When it comes to rapid parts I use a handful of people who have stood the test of time producing them to very high standards.
They are the only people I will ever use for my spares or let them work on my rapids.

And those trusted suppliers are?

Dr Bob

IMHO if you fit two O rings on the stem all you will do is increase the drag. The first grove on the original Rapid valve stems was I believe to try and absorb some of the air before the O ring.
Good idea in theory but I do a stem with only one groove that has an O ring in it and it dosnt seem to make a difference.

Exactly what Dr Bob said!!
The Titanium Valves I turn have slightly tapered profile with
1 O-ring groove....

But my latest prototype..
Short metal valve body.
Sealing face and stem lined with Delrin
So Valve-stem doesn't have an O-ring groove!

hahaha, compatible with all models...firing pin ;D

what it does is help to seal up a knackered valve body

I had problems with my valve sealing. Bought a Dr Bob valve and stem from Ebay, Sorted my issue.
I noticed the twin O-ring listings, but it seemed like everywhere I read it wasn't a great idea.

KevG

Double orings on stem only realy cause a problem on a tight fitting valve and stem.then you can get air lock between the stem orings.
