On that bottle pip it probably only needs the lightest skim on that front step to square it off for a new sealing face.

Didn't think of that i will try it i have ordered a new bottle valve to go on it but if i can get this one working then i will have a back up one

it worked put it in the lathe with the angle tool took a bit off now its fixed it tried it in a glass of water no more bubbles Cheers angrybear i have a back up valve coming so if it ever goes again i will use the new one ATB Phil.
