Hi chaps hope someone can help me..I have a rapid mk2 that my dad gave me the problem is the pellet probe only reaches a fraction inside the barrel... when I push the cocking bolt fawered it engaged all the way but seems it's sliding over the probe and not pushing it into the barrel,it's all perfectly lined up as it's only the tip of the probe that inserts...it's as tho the bolt pushes it so far then just slide over it....any idea what it can be ..IE is there a grub screw or something that needs to be tightened...thanks guys

Ok I'm an idiot forget the above I didn't realise the pellet probe was hollow and that another spring loaded one was inside ...I'm a noob to this rapid lark...

Hi Emperium,
Welcome to the Forum and your First Post!!

If your Bolt assembly is complete.. there is an inner and Outer probe.
The Larger Outer probe is there to seal the Breach of barrel.
The smaller inner probe is what pushes the pellet into the barrel pass the Through port...
