buddy bottle valve internal thread? size

refurbishing a couple of best fittings valves.
New pips and I'm thinking longer springs as per the originals instead of the current arrangement.

Could anyone please let me know what size thread is used, it's the same as the OE.
 Just I have nothing similar.. idea is to machine a shoulderin the body because the thread runs too deep for a single screw

On My OEM Valve, I replaced all my existing ones to Dr Bob...
It is an 8mm x 1.5

just double checked and best fittings I have here  are 8mm by 1.25
