Is it a rapid?

I have an original Theoben Elan

Is it classed as a rapid..it has the same action..with a different stock and fixed 60 cc bottle from which I get about 60 shots

taken from AGW December 1999, the block is marked 7/12

And the March 1999 issue...can't tell if it says Rapid 7 on the block or Elan.
