Here we have T.R.Robb offering us all the Theoben Rapid 7 Modified Stronger exhaust valve with extended stem.

Theoben Rapid 7 Modified Stronger exhaust valve with extended stem and shortened front to reduce valve bending. Made from stainless steel.
It is usually advisable to fit the valve body with a new valve, so you have a matched pair. If you gun has a bent exhaust valve then you need to change both at the same time. This is because the bent valve would have dented the old bodies sealing face.




And i`m sure we all know what make`s the valve bend don`t we lol,....

Whats your thoughts on this item from him.

his stems are not to bad not keen on the valve bodies he does though..his seems to rob guns of power and shot count on fac.

I will stick to my tapered Grade 5 Titanium Valve...


My new design valve-body and tapered valve....
No O-ring, precision finished and hand fitted to Delrin line Valve-Body..

Just me playing with the Flow Dynamics of HPA in my rapid.....
When the hammer hit the valve to open it. The valve is working against the valve-spring and bottle pressure.
As you shoot, the bottle pressure goes down. The valve will open slightly more.
So to flatten the curve....without a reg...
I started to play with a tapered valve-stem design!

So with my Titanium Rapid with the 280cc titanium airtube
This is a result of my 12 shot string( what I want out one fill!!) with JSB Monsters
This gives me about 70fpe(68.4)

So still playing with my design...

Here's mine Only got 100 or so     T R Robb goes on the principal of hit it hard to open it further. The correct way is to flow it so you don't need to hit it hard therefore you can afford to make it thinner for better flow and easier cocking as the hammer spring can be lighter.
