I've been working on a design for a single shot loader. Few small design changes to make and waiting on some balls bearings before a good test can commence.

Now that has got mi interest! I use a 'roll into the breech' type 8 out of 10 the pellet decides to turn. To load that at the side of the rifle is a winner. Post back as soon as, Cheers.

Looks good and will watch this with interest  :)

Once a Sapper always a Sapper

Dr Fox

Is this available for sale yet as a tested item? Cheers.

Hi, yes these are available on eBay at the moment. Made to order, they will not work with a MK1 but I will have right opening and right loading ones for a MK1 available soon. Once summer holidays are over and my kids are back at school I'll have a lot more time to get the mags and single loaders available in all calibres. I will also offer them for sale on this forum the same as I have the other one. Mags will be £26 posted (£28 + postage on eBay) and I'll work out a forum price for the single loaders too.

not a fan of the single loaders normally,I find them more fiddley than single loading with out one.but these are realy good and make it so easy.they load from. the left so the old mk1 magazine ears get in the way of loading just removed rear ear to use.of course no ears on the mk2 type block.well impressed.

My single shot loader arrived today. At first I thought I had a problem with fit, but all that was needed was a firm push for an exact fit. Shot a selection of pellets and slugs and they all seemed faultless. I echo what has already been said, and see no reason to doubt it will perform well on the range.
