Well i`ve never done it like that,...I`ve always unscrew the bottle until it became tight you can normally feel it when its ready to pop,..then shot the gun off about hmm 5 to 10 times and the bottle just comes off without and popping or mass of air coming from the chamber,

Don`t know about you guys but thats how i`ve always done it tbh,

:)

I think his fill adapter is one that uses a Delrin or Nylon sealing piece that seat inside of the adapter..
Here is what am talking about...

Of course he is missing it..
When he is screwing his bottle onto the tank adapter, is is just smashing the O-ring!!

As he said he has lots of different manufacturers connectors and that system works for him. I only have a rapid 7 and also just screw my bottle into the DIN connector, each to his own situation

I guess am just as bad as the that second guy with all that stuff on his tank!!

I have a High Pressure regulator I use to fill my guns or bottles.....
I has a microbore hose with a Foster's QD end.
I use a dead-head plug to set the Reg's pressure.

So I can just crack open the valve, for a slow fill, and go do something else.
The Regulator will ensure I will not Over-fill my gun/bottle...

So I also have a few adapters to fill my guns.....

Here is the standard Rapid bottle fill adapter
(https://photos.imageevent.com/scl_electronics/gun/air/websize/_DSC0018.JPG)

Here is the one I use to fill my QF equipped Rapids
(https://photos.imageevent.com/scl_electronics/misc/drbob/websize/dr-bob4.jpg)

Another one that is not pictured, the one for my Steyr LP50

Of course I can connect it directly to my Ul_Ti_Mate Rapid.
For exrended testing session..

What can I day...

Since I have the reg on my tank, I can set the working pressure.
So It constantly maintains the pressure in my Rapid, shot after shot...

That sounds awesome so u set it at say 230 bar so it will stay at 232 constantly  while shooting cool
