Morning All

going to be building a mk2 block over the weekend and was wondering what the best / recommended lubricants that I should be using

personaly I don't use any.apart from a bit of moly on the orings.maybe a very slight smear of light grease on bolt body.hammer should run dry but well worth a polish if its tarnished.

medium or thin grade

that is mighty kind of you Sir, I have some thanks, I just needed to check as while I dont mind asking noob questions, but posting something along the lines of I have seized the guts of my rapid as I squirted some expanding foam to stop shot resonance might prove embarrassing and open myself to ridicule  ???
