Next noob question please

Is the stock on the below standard or has it been modified?

ps realise some plank (not me!!, guilty of many things but being a complete plank is not one of them) has painted it and that black is not au naturale

Looks like a Mk1 stock that has had the fore end cut off.  As far as I am aware Theoben only put a black painted stock on the TTR.

that was my thoughts re the fore end circumcision, the black stock aspect was a the act of a bell end (not me, this time)

Stock was probably cut to facilitate the use of  a quick fill fitting at some point.

You could be right there or a custom cut down for a young shooter.
