As i`m just in the process of having it made to fill up my divers bottle,

But he need`s to know what thread it is so he can make the connection, and also what size of pipe do i need to connect to the compressor to fill my bottle.

3/8th bsp male.not sure on hose.i would say any micro bore hose which normally have 1/8th thread fitting

Well for 300bar Standard DIN....5/8 bspp
On the compressor side..that is an unknown....
Depends on how your buddy has plumbed in....
On my High Pressure Compressor.... 1/4" npt! off the purifier!
