just bought an ATN shot trak x hd shooting cam to hopefully get some decent footage of days out shooting 👍

I noticed that they are 5 x mag so much better for recording shooting than a go pro

you will soon learn to edit and put videos together with back ground music and set the duration of pics and videos at what angle you need them.
I just use a simple program on windows ten called video editor which you should have on pc or lap top very simple to use.

Might have found a cheap Windows 10 👍
ATN Shot trak arrived today - very lightweight and easy to use
Fitted it with a new cr123a battery and a 32gb sd card - total weight including the weaver mount 100g
Did get a DELL inspiron laptop with 240gb ssd with Windows 10 too 👍
So could be pestering you kev for some video editing tips 😉

I've looked through the footage I got and there's a couple of good clips ..... but I need to work on switching the cam on earlier and try to hold it steadier to get better results - not bad for my 1st day out with it though
Did forget to switch the cam on at times though and have missed some good opportunities
1 thing I did notice is that the early morning sun does cause a rainbow effect on the image when looking towards the sun . Lens might need a clean though as its very easy to get fingerprints on it

There's a few times - I've forgotten to turn it on 🤣🤣🤣
Been using 1 to on shotgun about 6 weeks now ,switch on when see shot but bird down before it's on so started leaving it on now and follow dropped bird with gun after shot for better footage
Just a quick heads up. I think there are only three new Shot Traks in the country and then they are no more. £80 each including postage.
