My rapid as got 2 hammer springs 1 inside the other feels quite rough to cock would swapping it for 1 hammer spring be better or same thanks

Depends on your caliber and power level....
If .177 or FAC, the double sping is normal..
My high power .22 uses a double hammer spring

Shite idea by theoben.dont know why the did it.a singal spring with proper fitting guide is much better.like you say horrible to cock.no need at all in a 12 ftlb gun.not even in fac.
