Looking to strip my rapid down for the first time. Is this kit OK?

Personally I buy the set from seller A1tackleshop who are Bagnall & Kirkwood, a known good shop & their kit has a "shadow guide" to ID each seal, however if your gun has the 1/4BSP Dowty seal (bonded washer) on the bottom plug, none of the kits supply it, so you need to buy it separately.
If you have several Rapids, it can make sense to order each seal from the guide in a bag of 10 from a seal supplier, works out about £3.50 a set.
Also worth buying a small tube of silicone O ring grease for £5, enough to do 100's of seals.

Totally agree with the above. A1Tackleshop
