Title: Mk3 trigger fault
Post by: The commercial on February 10, 2026, 11:27:00 PM
Hi all I have a mk3 trigger and if I pull the trigger with the safety on i hear a click and if I try to turn the safety off it fires but if the trigger isn't pulled I can turn it of without it firing. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this.

Thanks Aaron

I have not actually touch one!!
It sounds like you have some wear on the sear strut...
You Need to have KevG to look at it...

For a better Trigger, contact Dr Bob.
He was working on another batch of the Mark 4 trigger.
You will need to get a hammer the works with the Mark 4 trigger too

Good Luck,
Stuart

I`m going to quote something really and i mean really big here!......And i don`t know if it true but i think it could be,.....So on the grape vine I've been told that KevG has some connection to Theoben in some way or another,....In like connections to the ppl who run the company! or did!...?

So is this true!

I need to give the shop the opportunity to put it right as still under warranty hopefully they can sort it out.
