Well, there was Never an Official Theoben QF setup...
The best option if you want to use your Original MKI Reg....

So this allows it to screw in directly to you Reg/Fast-Flow adapter!

RAW made the OE quickfills, either fast-flow or reg with V-block.
The originals were fully compatible with mk2s but not the Rapid 7 & early mk1 because the porting is different.
Became unavailable after RAW was taken over by Airforce, besides shipping and duty made them rather expensive.
Now that they have launched the new Theoben range the threads are different so there is no crossover.
So your options are a Dr Bob QF which entails cutting or drilling the stock fairly close the the end and it replaces the valve so any issues mean a full drain down.
Or Best Fittings which doesn't need a hole cutting in the stock, retains the OE valve so that you can remove the bottle without emptying it. But it pushes the bottle forward upsetting the balance. A bit fugly too.
Personally I didn't like being unable to remove the bottle from the gun with Bobs and having to lug a cylinder into the car.
To be honest I'm surprised that Kev hasn't come up with a V-block to fit his regs.

That's exactly what I have and I bought it brand new from Theoben ! They use same system on the new rapids and the hm1000x as far as I can see and that is what I need!, if I can't get one then I'm sure someone can machine one !!

I essential made my own... I didn't need a Reg, so I turned down a Fast-Flow adapter.
Also since I use a Shroud, I had to make my own Banjo fitting with only the Fosters QD..

I knew that they made a guage for the mk1 and FAcs got direct fill through the block.
Must have been quite late on when they stated to make the quick fills.
Thinking about it some of the the Sentinels had QFs.
The Rutterford RAWs retained the original BSP threads, the new Airforce HM1000Xs are wider.
Huma list two.
Not 100% on the new Rapids..may have used a more common Amercian thread.

Yes they were from the old UK Theoben, but as they are long gone so are the QF's,
The Impact GSX200 came with a factory QF as well, but again long gone, so neither help the OP.
The best fittings QF fits between the bottle & the adaptor, so the bottle is removeable,
whether regged or unregged it fit's both, it's 18mm wide,
or if you don't want to cut/drill the stock it has a brass extension section in either 40mm or 50mm,

Yes it does, its a huma regulator. The fill body fit over the orginal and a spare fastflow I have.
Also a 90 deg body is being made for me and I have one order at Krale.
The same guy made a few where the bottle can't removed.
Managed to get one of the v quick fill which replaced my 180 degree factory one !, all drilled and fitted into stock tools and process in hotos
Looks like a nice bit of woodworking you've done there. I like the looks of the V shape QF assembly.

Hey stuart you are using a shroud? What diameter is the shroud and what diameter buddy bottle ! I have a carbon buddy bottle 48.5mm and 450cc x39cm long
