Evening folks......thanks admin for allowing me to join.
Not new to the shooting community, have had air rifles for some 40 years but never a Theoben. However....I have been lucky enough to have come by a nice Mk2 Rapid 7/17 in 177 and know very little about the rifle having never owned one before. Looking forward to reading users experiences and picking up on a wealth of Rapid knowledge.

Thanks a lot for the warm welcome, no major issues with the rifle, doesn't require a rebuild but may benefit from some modifications in time I think. Cheers

Hi mate.......ive put it over the chrono and it's fine but it seems to have a leak so I'm arranging for it to be put right and whilst doing so some other alterations at the same time. I've bought some rapid rings with risers for when I pick up some glass for it. Only being used as a daytime plinker.
