Title: Bottom blanking plug oring.
Post by: Andycoup on August 28, 2024, 10:55:15 AM
Hi folks, does anyone know the size of oring needed for the RAW blanking plug in the bottom of the block? I've tried looking online and have emailed RAw, but not got anywhere.

Cheers, Andy.

If its the same as a Rapid Mk2 you need a dowty washer not an oring.

I had the same thought about metric or imperial.

does the o-ring sit in the cap or on the thread?
Would hazzard that early RAWs retain the 1/4 bsp threads and based on the o/d of Huma reg the later are UNF.
an o/d of 19mm 2.5mm section would suggest 5/8" so perhaps something along the lines of

was about to say...maybe BS-113?
that would go over a 1/4BSP thread and is aprox 19mm o/d x2.5

Made in the USA aimed at the US market it's going to be Imperial not metric.
