a You-Tube video about the new RAWs and a factory tour.
mostly two blokes giving a review for dummies but the tour opened an eye and made me smile.
First- I'm sure some might have seen it before was 'Shawn' building a regulator for the camera. Forgot to put the brass locking ring under the washers ;D
And secondly..oiling the hammer on a Micro/mini 'another one of Martins recommendations'
After all this time of running dry hammers are we missing something?

Am I the only one stunned by such a Heath Robinson, half assed, amateur, bloke in a shed, looking set up :o :o

That`s a nice to watch video Squinty ;)
Yes his set up was compact, but look at what was crammed in, how clean it was, all the top end CNC machines, computers, the components neatly laid out, it just looked a far more established, professional, specialist & quality builder.
The Airfoce place looks like a start-up making do with what they can scrounge together, having said that some of the stuff at the end that I FFW'd through (having no interest in airfoce bolt guns) did look a bit better set up,
So it may be that Martins was just a better made film, or the RAW side of the factory is not yet up to speed.
Watch his vid of the FX factory for another comparison

Couldn't even say different sides of the coin. ;D
Martins original operation wasn't much different to how it was in the UK.
Look back at the Rapid just on serial numbers 27,000 ish in 23 years...ave 22 sales per week world wide?
