Title: Mk2 Rapid with mk3 Trigger Fault
Post by: Mister M on November 01, 2023, 06:31:57 PM
Eyup Guys

Whilst on my last outing with the rapid mk2 my bolt moved freely as usual but the trigger would not engage.

I ended up double loading on one occasion but if the rifle is held upside down the bolt mechanism works and the rifle cocked enabling me to empty the barrel.

After a bit of a strip down the trigger unit seems clean but the springs seem very loose. I've taken pics of the unit but not quite got the bottle to pull it in bits without finding some sort of drawing or service instructions.

Can anyone confirm this is a mk3 trigger unit and if service instructions can be sourced from anywhere.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Regards
Neil
