It's a simple diy job :o
Remove the bottle, stock & barrel, place the block in a padded vice, barrel hole pointing up,
put a dab of autosol or fine valve-grinding paste on the outer probe angle, lock the bolt forward, slowly let the barrel on to the probe & spin it back & forth by rubbing your hands either side.
after rubbing half a dozen times, lift the barrel clear rotate it a bit, let it back down rub it some more, repeat 3-4 times, that's it.

Clean every last drop of the grinding past off with brake cleaner of similar, remove & strip the probe assy to make sure it's spotless inside.

If you don't have a vice, leave the stock on & do it clamped between your knees.
If you don't have grinding paste or autosol, you can even use toothpaste at a push. but it takes longer

Thanks guys,
Although it was an offending magazine in the end, the next time I do a service i'll bear this in mind. I have all the tools to do it as well.

         Thanks again,

             Chris.
